First breakfast: chicken chunks leftover from one friend’s party, sautéed w shallots, grape tomatoes, and pine nuts. Cucumbers leftover from my party, with balsamic reduction, drizzled by dropper.
With skillet toast, soaking up the tasty brown bits. ( can’t upload the video. Yet. )
Lesson learned:
Sautéing is challenging if the trailer isn’t level. But manageable.
